ScaleviX (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing agency based in Lahore, Pakistan, providing performance marketing, paid advertising, social media, creative production, brand strategy and web development services to clients in Pakistan, the United Kingdom and internationally.

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type.

Information from our services

When we manage advertising accounts, analytics or social profiles on a client’s behalf, we may access data within those platforms (for example Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or Google Analytics). That data belongs to the client; we process it only to deliver the agreed services.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or proposal you asked for.
• To deliver, manage and improve the services we provide to you.
• To send service-related communications such as reports, updates and invoices.
• To improve our website, content and marketing — understanding what people find useful.

You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing info.scalevix@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages such as invoices or project updates.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
